Michael joined the family agency in 1990. He oversees the daily operations of the agency managing all aspects of the business in conjunction with the entire Management Team. In addition to his leadership role, Michael continues the Murphy tradition of being directly involved with clients. He takes an active role in building and maintaining relationships with new and longtime customers...both personal and business. He is also active in the community serving on a number of community organizations.

Dave joined our team in 2023. He has many years of experience in the insurance industry and manages our Business Insurance Department. He and his team assist businesses of all sizes with their commercial insurance needs including property, liability, commercial auto, workers' compensation, bonds, and more.

Amalia joined the agency in 1998. She has a vast knowledge of personal insurance and manages our Personal Insurance Department across our six locations. Amalia's team provides guidance and solutions to protect individuals and families including auto, home, recreational vehicle and personal umbrella insurance.

Jennifer joined the agency in 2018 and oversees our Financial Insurance team. For individual and family needs, Jennifer and her team can help you assess needs for estate and future planning such as life, disability, and long-term care insurance, and more. For businesses, they provide employee benefits including group health, group life, and group disability as well as assist with business succession planning.

Sally joined the agency in 1992. She has 30+ years of personal and business insurance claims experience. When you have a claim, Sally and her team make it as simple as possible by providing guidance, taking reports, and submitting them to the insurance company on your behalf. Most importantly, they are here to provide support during stressful situations.

Tricia joined our team in 2014. She has over 25 years of human resources experience and manages recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, and regulatory compliance. Tricia takes care of our staff who in turn take care of you.

Delia joined the agency in 1995. She oversees all aspects of information technology and works tirelessly to keep our systems running efficiently as well as implement new solutions to improve our level of service. Delia supports all members of our team with their technology needs so that they are able to address your needs as they arise.

Jim joined the Agency in 2019 and oversees our Account Department.  He has over 40 years of experience in finance, of which over 20 years have been with insurance agencies as a CFO or Controller. You may or may not have direct interactions with Jim and his team, but they are always keeping track to ensure the smooth financial operations.
