Super easy I just entered my info on line paid $60 for 5 days of coverage and the policy was...ed to me. I never had to use it thankfully but I did like having the piece of mind of having it just in case. Obviously price will differ depending on what you need covered and how much coverage you want but overall a great service.

Rigo at the office has been so supportive and awesome, both on e-mail and by telephone. He helped...me figure out details of my trip, sort out an insurance, policy, find a mechanic... and always so helpful and kind. and when I chickened out and turned around and left Mexico, they even promptly processed a very decent partial refund. A wonderful company to do business with!
